Hey Warriors! It is time to work off your Thanksgiving feast!
Just in case you overdid the turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pie this Thanksgiving, here is the perfect workout to get you back in your routine. Oh, and you’ll add 10 burpees for every bite of pumpkin pie you had – just kidding! This is a fast-paced, descending workout that requires NO equipment (jump rope optional!) and is guaranteed to get your heart rate up and kick your weekend off with a BANG! This is a great workout for any time you are away from the gym but wanting to get in a workout – all you need is enough space for a pushup!
Complete the following as fast as possible:
Round 1 (25)
- 250 Jump Rope
- 25 Jumping Squats
- 25 Pushups
Round 2 (20)
- 200 Jump Rope
- 20 Jumping Lunges ( 10-20 each leg )
- 20 Slow motion Pushups ( 2 seconds up and down )
Round 3 (15)
- 150 Jump Rope
- 15 Single leg Squats each leg
- 15 Spiderman Push ups
