We know you worked hard all week, and the weekend is time to focus on yourself and your family. And, you’re probably looking to get your workout done quickly to really get the weekend started. Well, this workout requires no gym, no equipment and will leave you sweating in less than 30 minutes – and kick your weekend off right.
Perform 2 rounds of 15 reps of the following:
- Jump Squat
- Jump Lunge
- Slow Mo Push up (2 seconds down and up)
- Mountain Climbers
This is a great workout for any time you are away from the gym but wanting to get in a workout – all you need is enough space for a pushup!
