Looking for a yummy but healthy on-the-go snack? These protein peanut butter oat balls are a great when you need a quick “pick-me-up” and they’re perfect when you’re looking for a snack to satisfy you for a couple of hours. They’re easy to make — they require NO cooking!
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup of your favorite protein powder
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 tsp ground flax
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together and form into small balls. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge!
