This is the “If you get stranded on an island and can take only 1 piece of equipment workout!”
If you get stranded on an island and can only take one piece of equipment, PICK THE KETTLEBELL – always pick the kettlebell! It’s incredibly versatile, virtually unbreakable and doubles as a weapon (or an anchor).
For this workout you will need 1 Medium Kettlebell. This workout is intended to be very metabolic so move quickly between stations!
Since you are only doing 10 reps of each exercise, pick a weight that challenges you and perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
- Warm-up 5-10 minutes (Ex. walking, bear crawl across the neighbors’ yard,
or the Alloy dynamic warm-up)
- SA KB Clean – 10 each (this is gonna hurt, sorry)
- SA KB Swings – 10 each
- Mountain Climbers – 10 each
- SA KB 2 Pt Row – 10 each
- Figure 8s – 10 each
- Cool-down! (Foam Roll preferably)
