At-Home Weekend Workout

It’s the weekend!

Are the weekends as busy for you as they are for me? I understand, but I always make time for a quick workout – even if I can’t make it into the gym. With this bodyweight workout, all you need is a little space. The best part? It only takes 20 minutes, but  you will burn a ton of calories!

 

 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Jumping Lunges (10 each leg)
  • 10 Push ups
  • 10 Touchdown Squats
