Holiday Season Calorie Burn

It’s the holiday season and we all know what that means: treats in the office, parties with high-calorie food and beverages, and – let’s face it – time away from the gym.┬áSo, let’s fight it! Here is the perfect weekend (or any time!) workout to get you back in your routine – and burn off some of those excess calories!



Perform the following:


Three-point row

Round 1:
  • Single leg squats (5 rounds of 5 reps each side)
  • Three-point row (5 rounds of 5 reps each side)



 Round 2:

Single-leg deadlift

  • Single leg deadlifts (5 rounds of 5 reps each side)
  • Dumbbell push press (5 rounds of 5 reps)




Round 3:

Figure 8

  • Inchworms (3 rounds of 10 reps)
  • Figure 8 (3 rounds of 10 reps)
