This awesome workout will help you build total body strength, improve your anaerobic conditioning and burn a ton of calories! For “Bust a Move,” you just need a couple kettlebells and a suspension trainer. Pair two exercises together and complete 4 sets of 12 reps of each .

Try to complete both pairs in 20 minutes!

Group A:
