The 5-10-15-20-25 workout is an extremely time efficient and effective FULL BODY workout with no equipment required.



Perform 4 rounds and then enjoy the rest of your weekend!
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Jump Lunges (each!)
  • 15 Pushups with shoulder touch
  • 20 Overhead Squats (arms in a “Y”)
  • 25 Yard run!
